Process

Complimentary Initial Consultation
Meet with our intake team from the comfort of your own home via phone. During this call, we will discuss the strengths and needs of the learner, as well as your family's priority goals. We will discuss options for funding and identify a schedule to best support the needs of the learner. An intake form will be sent via email to families. Our Operations Manager will then send you a fee for service quote for your review.

Intake Assessment & Goal Planning
Your family will then meet with NOCS Operations Manager and Clinical Supervisor. During this meeting, the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) will then meet with the learner's family or care team to conduct an initial intake assessment (curricular, behavioural, adaptive, social, or a combination) based on the strengths and areas of need, as well as, your family's priority goals that were identified during the initial consultation.
NOCS then provides you with an assessment report and recommendations to our clinical team to best match the ABA Therapist with the learner's profile.

Begin Direct Therapy
The learner will meet with their therapist to begin their individualized treatment sessions.
The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) and ABA Therapist monitors updates on the goals established on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the number of direct therapy hours the learner receives per week. The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) will meet to pre-plan meetings with your family to review and discuss progress and establish new goals (if applicable).
